Bio
Ola Mirzoeva is a former Digital Policy Hub master's fellow and a student in the J.D./M.A. combined program at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, where her focus is on space law and governance. She is an alumna of the International Space University (Space Studies Program 2024), where she received the top academic award, and founded the Space Law Society at the University of Ottawa. Her professional experience includes work with MDA Space and Global Affairs Canada, and research through the Centre for Law, Technology and Society. Ola is an incoming summer student (2025) with the international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, making films and music, and enjoying celestial events with loved ones.
