The CIGI Campus is a high-end venue in the heart of Waterloo available to non-profit organizations, community groups and businesses for meetings and events. We do not accommodate rentals for private gatherings such as weddings and memorials.

CIGI Auditorium

The CIGI Auditorium is a premier venue designed to host up to 250 seated guests, making it ideal for conferences, seminars, workshops and lectures. This space is fully equipped with advanced technology, including:

  • Podium with Microphone
  • Integrated Systems to support hybrid participants, livestreaming and recording

Additional features include assisted listening options, simultaneous translation capabilities, and dimmable stage lighting to create the perfect setting for any event.

Groups renting the Auditorium are responsible for arranging audio-visual assistance foe their event through our preferred supplier, Sherwood Systems.

CIGI Main Foyer

The CIGI Main Foyer space offers a bright and elegant setting defined by its floor-to-ceiling glass windows, modern architectural design, and refined finishes. The space features natural stone flooring and an open layout that seamlessly connects to the outdoor courtyard, providing an inviting atmosphere for guests.

Ideal for receptions, networking events, exhibitions, and conference breaks, the CIGI Main Foyer can be configured in a variety of ways to accommodate both formal and casual gatherings. The abundance of natural light and contemporary aesthetic create a sophisticated backdrop suitable for any occasion.

CIGI A-120 Multipurpose Room

The CIGI A-120 Multipurpose Room is a versatile and contemporary meeting space designed to support a range of professional events, including workshops, seminars, and breakout sessions. Featuring warm wood flooring and a minimalist design, the room offers a comfortable and focused setting for collaboration and discussion for up to 80 guests.

Equipped with two large TV displays, a podium with microphone, and integrated audio-visual technology, the space ensures seamless presentations. Flexible table and seating configurations allow for customized layouts, while an airwall provides the option to divide the room for smaller sessions or breakout discussions to meet the needs of each event.

Ideal for small to mid-sized gatherings, A-120 Multipurpose Room combines modern functionality with a refined aesthetic, providing an ideal environment for interactive and engaging sessions.
